Front Clearance Sonar Sensor LH Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The ultrasonic sensor sends and receives ultrasonic waves. Based on the received wave, the sensor calculates the approximate distance value between the vehicle and the obstacle, and sends the distance value as a signal to the clearance warning ECU.

REPLACE FRONT CORNER NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR LH

(a) Replace the front corner No. 1 ultrasonic sensor with a normally functioning sensor PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Front Side): REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia) .

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT CORNER SENSOR LH - FRONT CORNER SENSOR RH)


(a) Disconnect the C1 and B1 front corner No. 1 ultrasonic sensor connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
